  • Since each item is custom-made with your pet’s photo, please allow 3–5 business days for design and production before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special events or campaigns.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
